I love this next year model of an American classic!
This stunning light gray beauty was designed by the father of American industrial design, Henry Dreyfuss.
The Royal Quiet DeLuxe was Royal’s flagship machine and best selling Typewriter of all time, and for good reason.
They are wonderful, handsome, and well-performing machines that will take whatever you throw at them and come back for more. Well designed, well built, and have a nice, deliberate feel to the keys.
The elite typeface is classic, professional, and fits more on the page at 12 characters per inch. Action is tight, carriage is smooth, keystrokes are easy, and it’s an overall joy to use.
Aesthetically, it’s an art deco masterpiece. The light gray paint, sleek lines, tombstone shaped keys, floating space bar, chrome accents- absolutely beautiful. The paint is very good, it was well cared for by its previous owner.
The case is in good condition as well, and does a great job protecting such a fine machine.
